These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and koko5555 ("koko5555", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the koko5555 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). koko5555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Such documentation may include a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of Pakistani residential address, or recent bank or Easypaisa/JazzCash statement confirming your identity and payment details.

Each registered player is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their koko5555 account. You must keep your password and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party, including family members or friends.

koko5555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number (+92 format) to protect your account against unauthorised access. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or any third party who gains access through your credentials — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your koko5555 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact koko5555 customer support immediately via Telegram (@koko5555official) or email at [email protected]. koko5555 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily lock the account pending investigation.

• You may update your account details (email, contact number) through the Account Settings section of the koko5555 Platform.
• Name changes require KYC re-verification and are only permitted in limited circumstances such as legal name changes.
• koko5555 reserves the right to conduct periodic KYC reviews on any account at any time.

All deposits on the koko5555 Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). koko5555 accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20.

The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in the Wallet section of your koko5555 account dashboard.

• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit to your koko5555 PKR balance within 30–60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB) may take up to 4 hours depending on the sending bank's interbank processing windows.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

koko5555 may delay processing a withdrawal request for up to 48 hours where additional security verification is required, where the transaction triggers an AML review, or where account KYC documentation is incomplete. koko5555 will notify you via your registered contact details if such a delay applies.

All games and betting markets available on the koko5555 Platform are governed by their individual game-specific rules, which are displayed within each game interface and betting market. These general Terms apply in addition to, and do not override, game-specific rules where they are more specific.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the koko5555 system. Accidental or erroneous bets cannot be reversed after the game round begins.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, koko5555's game audit records constitute the authoritative record of the game state. koko5555 may void affected rounds and return stakes to the player's PKR balance at its discretion.
• koko5555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or in error, with original stake returned to the player's PKR wallet.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event. Where results are disputed, koko5555 will follow the ruling of the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, PCB).
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during play at koko5555's discretion, particularly during incidents in live sporting events.

All casino games offered on the koko5555 Platform use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on statistical analysis over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

koko5555 offers a daily cashback programme and periodic promotional bonuses to eligible account holders. The following general terms apply to all koko5555 bonuses and promotional offers:

• Cashback: The koko5555 daily cashback is calculated on net losses over each 24-hour period (midnight to midnight Pakistan Standard Time). Cashback rates range from 0.3% (Bronze tier) to 1.2% (Diamond tier) and are credited to your PKR balance by 10:00 AM PST the following day. Standard koko5555 cashback carries no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately.

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening koko5555 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the koko5555 Platform — including but not limited to the koko5555 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, user interface designs, marketing materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of koko5555 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the koko5555 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the koko5555 Platform without express written permission from koko5555.

koko5555 collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered users in accordance with its Privacy Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koko5555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of PKR funds due to connectivity issues, or loss resulting from reliance on Platform content.

koko5555's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any loss or damage suffered in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total PKR balance held in that Player's account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

koko5555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the koko5555 Platform at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the koko5555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting koko5555 support at [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through koko5555's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
